Inspired by the Latin phrase “Per Aspera ad Astra” — through difficulties to the stars, this artwork explores the contrast between struggle and hope. The mirrored figures represent two sides of the self: one facing reality, and one hidden beneath dreams, memory, and emotion. The harlequin pattern, birds, owl, skull, and golden details are combined as symbolic fragments of wisdom, freedom, time, and transformation.
